Ploon de Potter

I am a research assistant in the Siclari lab, researching Sleep and Dreams.

I obtained a master’s degree in Neurosciences from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. During my studies, I looked into brain functioning in psychiatric patients and in patients suffering from excessive daytime sleepiness, using functional magnetic resonance imaging.

I am very fascinated by sleep processes, of which dreaming might be one of the most interesting. Currently, I am working on a project that investigates the mechanisms of sensory experiences in dreams using high-density EEG.
