Koen Seignette

My research focuses on plasticity and inhibition of the visual system. In one project, we study the role of chandelier cells in visual processing and plasticity. In another project, we investigate how the content of feedback information changes with learning. Techniques that we use include two-photon and widefield calcium imaging, viral tracing, optogenetics and chemogenetics.
